Scan Friend Activity Doesn't Show Engagement Numbers After a Scan

Scan Friend Activity scans recent posts from your personal Facebook profile within the past 180 days (or up to 100 posts, whichever comes first) and gives you details about engagement on your posts. 

In order for the feature to work, the Update Friend List feature must first be used prior to running Scan Friend activity so that YunaPRO has the most up-to-date friend data for your profile.


Therefore if you do not see any data under "# of Engagements" column after completing Scan Friend Activity, please click on Update Friend List and allow YunaPRO to update the database with your friend data. Then go back to Scan Friend Activity and give the Activity Log a few minutes to load. You should now be able to see engagement data.

To Update Friend List, click the green button in the top left corner of your YunaPRO software.
