Yes, as a YunaPRO member, you receive access to a single-user GHL account for free.
Transferring a GHL account from another agency to a YunaPRO GHL account can easily be done. However, while GHL allows most data to be transferred seamlessly from one account to another, you may need to take additional steps depending on your integration set-up.
(Note: YunaPRO does not provide GHL set up services).
STEP 1: Prepare the existing GHL account for the transfer
GHL allows for seamless transfer of most data from one account to another. However, you will need to delete or disconnect the following in your GHL Account Settings before initiating a transfer (you can ignore this step if you are not using these GHL features):
Email services
Domains
Integrations
This can be done in your GHL Account Settings (see screenshot below). Once the transfer is complete, you will need to reconnect them in your NEW GHL account.
Missing the above steps will result in having to contact GHL support directly to have the connection removed.
For specific details on what can be transferred over, please review this GHL article.
(Note: The YunaPRO GHL accounts have LC Phone enabled, so if your existing GHL account has LC Phone enabled, GHL will transfer phone numbers. If not, you will also have to delete the Phone Number and reconnect in the new GHL account. If you are connected with Twilio, our team can help you with reconnecting Twilio after the transfer is complete.)
Go to Account Settings > Email Services, Domains, and Integrations to see your current set-up and disconnect.
STEP 2: Request transfer
Once Step 1 is complete, contact your existing GHL agency and request a transfer by providing them with the YunaPRO GHL Relationship Number:
0-273-069
Then contact our YunaPRO support team at support@audienceandinfluence.com to inform us a GHL transfer has been initiated and include the email address, and we will accept the transfer.
(Note: Each YunaPRO member receives one single-user GHL account access for free.)
STEP 3: Set up your new GHL account
Once the transfer has been accepted, log into your GHL account and take the following steps (ignore if they you were not using these features):
Reconnect all auth connections (ex: Google, FB, Quickbooks, Clio, DrChrono)
Reintegrate Facebook and Google
You will have to re-add LC Email, Mailgun/SMTP, and Twilio (No phone numbers will be transferred over by HighLevel. You will have to work with the previous account owner as well as Twilio/HL Support to move over any and all phone numbers to the sub-account in a separate ticket.) Our YunaPRO GHL team can help you with setting up Twilio for your account.
However, if your old GHL account had LC Phone enabled, then phone numbers and A2P registrations will be transferred over.
Set campaigns, triggers, and workflows to active.
