How do I give my VA access to my YunaPRO account?

To give your Virtual Assistant access to your YunaPRO, please take the following steps. 

On your VA's computer, please:

1. Add the 
YunaPRO extension on the Chrome browser (the extension is needed for YunaPRO to communicate with Facebook)

2. Sign in to the YunaPRO software with the registrant’s login details and connect with Facebook


Important: Your VA must be logged into your Facebook account (the one connected to YunaPRO) on their Chrome browser so YunaPRO can communicate with it and stay logged into that Facebook account while YunaPRO is working.


Specific Steps for your VA to follow:


 1. Go to www.yunapro.com/extension and add the YunaPRO extension to your computer's Chrome browser.




2. Go to app.yunapro.com/sign-in and Log in to the YunaPRO software.


    


Verify you are logged into the correct Facebook Profile.

Open Facebook in a new tab on Chrome. Make sure you are logged into the Facebook Profile associated with the YunaPRO account. You can close the tab but do not log out.

(The associated Facebook profile must remain logged in while using YunaPRO).





3. Once in the YunaPRO software, select your Facebook username from the dropdown menu and click ‘Connect Facebook.’





Your VA is now ready to start using YunaPRO!
