I can’t connect my YunaPRO to Facebook. The ‘Connect Facebook’ button doesn't work. How can I fix it?

If the ‘Connect Facebook” button does not appear to be working, please check to make sure the YunaPRO extension is added correctly to your Chrome browser. The extension is required for YunaPRO to communicate with Facebook.


When you click Connect to Facebook, you should see a new pinned Facebook tab open on your browser. It will close when a task is complete. This is an indication that the YunaPRO extension is active.



To resolve this issue, please try the  following steps:


1. Go to the YunaPRO extension page on your Chrome browser by clicking this link:www.yunapro.com/extension 


2. Click the ‘Add to Chrome’ button if you haven’t already added the YunaPRO Extension to your Chrome. 


3. Or, if you already have the extension, click the “Remove from Chrome” button and then add the new extension by clicking the ‘Add to Chrome’ button. This will download and install the latest version of the YunaPRO extension.



4. Once the latest version of the extension is installed, please switch back to the YunaPRO software Chrome tab, refresh the page, and try connecting to Facebook again.
