To Resolve this issue with Google Sheets, please take the following steps:
Step 1: Connect
Please give YunaPRO access to your Google Account so that it can populate the Google Sheet (follow the steps in the video tutorial in YunaPRO).
Step 2: Troubleshooting
If you still do not see answers populate when accepting new members, this may be due to a connection issue between YunaPRO and the correct Google account if you have multiple Google accounts.
If the Google account connected does not have permission to edit the Google Sheet, you may see this error message.
To fix this problem, please follow the steps in this short video to make sure the correct Google Account has permission to edit the Google Sheet.
